Rome (Italy), Apri 2025 - During Holy Week, Marcello Silvestri promotes and takes part in Open Doors: a street art workshop promoting diversity and interreligious dialogue. The event was created for the Catholic Church Jubilee year 2025 "Pilgrims of Hope" and is sponsored by the Migrantes Foundation, the programme Emotions to Generate Change, and the leading "Madornnari" association in Italy from Rodomonte together with many other partners. Besides creating his own artwork, Marcello will guide a group of young female artists, reflecting on the Jewish-Christian scriptural tradition and producing their own paintings inspired by the experience and contemporary sacred art production of the maestro.
