Marcello Silvestri interprets the book of Genesis and the seven days of Creation. Light earth, water and a multitude of colours to speak about ecology, safeguarding of the earth through art rooted in Jewish Christian dialogue. This series of paintings in mixed technique and produced in the 1990s is also connected to Marcello's artworks on the Canticle of Creatures (also known as Laudato Si).
